Elsie Hughes competes year-round across multiple cycling disciplines, racing both able-bodied and para events at regional and national level. Still in her early teens, she regularly competes against older riders, including adults, and continues to progress rapidly.
Her racing programme focuses on long-term development, race experience and learning — while still delivering strong results.
Track Cycling
Track racing has become a major focus for Elsie, particularly since turning 14 in early 2024, and becoming eligible for national para competition.

Mountain Bike Racing (MTB)
Mountain biking is one of Elsie’s strongest disciplines, suiting her balance, technical skill and fearlessness.
